This has happened to most of my football kits. The kits that hold up are those I’va barely used (my Germany kit from world cup 2014 looks as new). So if it’s a special kit, I’d just hang it up somewhere and not wear it.
You could hand wash it separately and don’t put it in the dryer, just hang it up and let it air dry instead.
Yeah they all do this now - all of the glued on bits end up like this.
Got shirts from 20 years ago that are like new. Modern ones barely last the next season…
Honestly if you’re serious about keeping it as serious memorabilia, you should just hang it separately from others or maybe keep it in a separate box for extra protection. Some people frame these things but it’s a bit extreme for some
Unfortunately, that nameset looks done for, would recommend getting it replaced, there are quite a few Shirt Repairers who specialise in getting that done these days, saved my 2000 home shirt that way not too long ago.
