    Would be peak Pompey if during the season we are most likely to get promoted out of league one, we get docked points for something that happened right at the start of our financial and footballing collapse.

      I can’t believe for a second anything comes of this. It has already been heard and it is far beyond any normal recordkeeping period so it seems almost impossible to make a defence in 2024.

      Further to that the evidence was gathered by Sky Andrew breaching Jermain Defoe’s privacy by accessing his phone records.

      This one will go to court if they decide to make any sanction.

      Chelsea is difficult as it’s a different ownership and the premier league facilitated its sale heavily. It would have to involve the premier league openly admitting it made a mistake, which is never going to happen haha

        It’s not difficult, the new owners bought Chelsea including it’s trophy wins and it’s skeletons

        They will/should be punished in exactly the same was as though the new owners committed any infringement they are found guilty of

    Are we going on decades or years since this has happened? Also, who tf cares? There are significantly more pressing concerns for the FA with Chelsea and City.
