      The perfect transfer window would only be if we can remove all the deadwood from the squad. Without any more departures, our squad will be very bloated and the wage bill will be astronomically high(compared to other non oil money clubs).

      Edit - Also we need a proper CDM if tuchel wants kimmich to play up the field more. Maybe he will try some double pivot with kimmich and laimer if no new CDM is signed

        Yes there is definitely some deadwood for sure, the wages must be… interesting. Can’t very well force players out if they are determined to see out their contract unfortunately (or fortunately?) Personally I’m glad a contract is still a contract.
