      From what I read it was his first time and he had a bad trip and didn’t really sleep afterwards.

      sure but if he was freakin out and probably telling everyone that would listen that he took some mushrooms then whadya expext from a court of law. its not like they woulda known otherwise and he wouldnt be freakin out unless he was going through some serious shit. if you are going through some serious shit maybe dont get involved in an airplane

        Yeah, I agree, I’m not blaming the court except if they take it as some kind of excuse, obviously a lot was going on with him just saying the drugs were probably not the biggest factor
