I use it for sync’ing:
-Save file for non-Steam games, between my PC and Steamdeck.
-Sideloaded mods (Rimworld, Darkest Dungeon and emulated Nintendo Switch games), between my PC and Steamdeck.
-Anytime I want to quickly send/receive some files between my PC and Steamdeck.
-Lust provoking images from my phone to PC.
One of the best software I’ve ever installed. I don’t have to copy files from my phone to PC anymore, just let it automatically be synced.
It is quite nice indeed. Still slowly cobbling mine together.
The two main uses for me are syncing my keepass database between devices and offloading all of my phone pictures and downloads to my computer where they can be saved and backed up. Sometimes I use it to send stuff to my phone from my computer as well.
Holy shit, we have the same idea lol. I treat it like an automatic wireless file transfer.

Anyone here have experience with using it on iOS? (via Mobius or something else). I’ve heard conflicting reports about how good that experience is.
I use Nextcloud, but I’ve heard very good things about syncthing too.
