That is bad construction, add a foam layer over the compartments and problem is solved.
As I write this I see that this community is about aincent coins, and I can understand that foam might cause a chemical reaction with different metals, but why this is even an issue when the solution is simple I have no idea
Also they make clear plastic coin cases, I use them on my silver coins. Although they may not fit coins of irregular size or something
There shouldn’t be a handle on the side that shouldn’t have a handle.
I have a set of tools, sockets, that is like this. I took a piece of cardboard and use it as an insert to prevent this kind of mess. I agree with others, this is just bad design.
Same situation, but I got a thin piece of foam that worked a bit better than cardboard.
