    No surprise here - he kicked ass against the Blazers even if it ended in a loss. Better to protect the kid and encourage him to bulk up where he can and save him for the regular season.

    I think most high level players only play 1-2 games in summer league anyway, so this isn’t surprising to me at all

      To be fair, I’m surprised he played at all. There’s nothing to gain from this and it only risks injury.

      These aren’t the players or the system that he’s going to be using during the regular season.

      If he’s your guy, he’s your guy. He has nothing to prove at this level.

    He is going to be packing arenas all year if he stays healthy. That 2nd game got the Wemby hype train off and running.
