He is not pro Marxist or pro Trumpist. He doesn’t support Trump though. He and Kaite do regular podcasts.
Aaron & Katie don’t seem to want to reveal their actual ideologies, but they seem to be reliably anti-imperialist & anti-chauvinist, and they never seem to portray capitalism in a favorable light. So they seem to at least be sympathetic to socialism.
They are democratic socialists. It’s fine for me atleast it’s better than “secret cabals” and other non marxist vulgarism.

The term for what the hog groomer is describing is fascism. That’s what fascism is and does. It’s an anti-left cooption and redirection of fallout from the consequences of liberalism into a false consciousness that points fingers in the vein of moral decay and nativism.
I don’t know about Max having vast wealth, as Ben put it, but his dad, Sidney Blumenthal, probably has a few million bucks, is well-connected, and seems to be a shady political operative, having allegedly been involved with Obama birtherism and the debunked Steele Dossier.
