Nice to see but feels a little underwhelming without a Champions League title tbh
Can someone explain the geographical regions of the places?
I answered with a link in a higher reply, but these are the nine geographical regions used by the ONS
For all those not from the UK, and those lesser educated from the UK asking what the regions are, going clockwise from the bottom left
- a biggish red bit of England
- a claret bit of England
- another biggish red bit of England
- a black bit of England
- a dirty blue bit of England
- another biggish red bit of England
- another dirty blue bit of England
- a small red bit of England
- a dark blue bit of England
Surprising there is no Manchester clubs on here, says a lot really.
Well, they share the region with Liverpool, the historically most successful club in English football
These boundaries are so arbitrary
The fact that Portsmouths ‘Region’ stretches to almost Birmingham makes this kind of stupid
So we’re the most successful team in the English channel?

“We all follow the Arsenal, over land and sea”
AND LEICESTER!
On a side note, can someone explain the “and Leicester” bit to me? It’s especially confusing as I’m originally from Leicester, so I’ve always found it fairly amusing.
