Many people in a times of making things understood making things so they understood reality was a creation of god.
Many philosophers thought that reality was made of the qualia experienced in human minds and conluded that we are in the mind of god.
Now people are simulating universes in computers and concluding that our universe is in the computer of god.
Perhaps one might need to reflect on how relying on how the material basis of the model of the universe skews the analysis of the universe itself.
