Going back to the feed from comments view is so smooth with the swipe gesture. However, clicking the X or triggering the android back gesture affects the UX imo. Voyager does this well, with vertical swipes also supported to close (like Sync for reddit)

I’m sure this would be appreciated by a few more users

    I was going to post this too but saw another similar post where someone mentioned you tao the image anywhere and it closes after a delay. I agree the swipe would be better. I really like the way liftoff! does it. If I could mash together liftoff! and connect I’d be sorted!

    Liftoff also let’s you swipe in any direction to close.

    I’d like to see the image viewer and web links open differently, like the image links open with the in-app browser but web links open directly in an external browser.
