We know about things like FFP and home grown talent. But the teams at the bottom of the table generally come up one season from the Championship and then go down the next season.

How would you change this? Or should it be changed?

I still think City are going to be hard to beat this season which would make it about a million league titles in a row. It’s fair but is it ‘fair’ to all the other teams in the bottom half?

All money earned as a league is divided equally.

Teams can keep their own money for sponsorships and whatever so it’s still advantageous for the bigger clubs but everything else is divided as a partnership of 20.

This isn’t something that would make it more even but making fouls in the box that weren’t like in on goal penalties indirect free kicks would make footy in general extremely more fun and satisfying.

Get rid of PGMOL and have indifferent refs that are not all from the Manchester area

Create the World Super League, the super rich clubs can fuck off and play there and suddenly we have a proper, competitive league 👍

This may sound stupid but, we need to hold referees more accountable. We need a merit system, referees get promoted and demoted to the championship based on merit.

First cut oil money. Teams are strong because of fan bases and this should continue. Big teams pay premium for transfers because of the name and pressure for results. Don’t think it could be even but could be fair.

The lower ranked team can pick any of the rich clubs players not in the first 11 when they play each other.

Unfortunately this is the way it is now with the new super club model that Real Madrid and Chelsea started 20 years ago, I’m Scottish and it’s been 30 years since the title left the old firm and it looks like the premiership is heading in the same direction, only 7 teams winning the league in the 30 years (21 of them between 2 clubs) since the rebranding to the premiership in the 92-93 season Man United 14, Man City 7, Chelsea 5 Arsenal 3, Liverpool 1, Blackburn 1 and Leicester City 1

4 points for a win against teams that finished in the top four the previous season. (5 points for newly promoted teams)

2 points for a win against newly promoted teams. (Same for newly promoted teams)

    3 points otherwise.

No more post match interviews, they’ll all take place a day later.

Remove buy back clauses. They only benefit the bigger club, if city buy player for 5m loan him out for a year then sell for 15m with buy back they take no risk. If player is decent they buy back and sell for more if they turn out to not be worth it they make a profit.
