He broke the premier league scoring record in his first season, he won city their first ucl. Won the treble. He has 13 goals in 12 games this season. Excluding ballondor and that, how can ANYONE not drool for Haalands goalscoring ability. This is coming from a Liverpool fan that cant believe the standard of talk around this player.

I think he’s been good but he’s playing for a stacked team that most likely cheats so it’s hard to go insane over him. What he’s doing is basically living up to the expectations. He needs to do much more for it to be insane.

Is he that good? he barely scores against really good teams… Look at Real Madrid or Inter. Not even a single shoot on goal. Same in Wolfes game… he can create, he only sits and waits for ball. He is far from the best still…

Because he’s done these things with City. It’s impossible to respect that club. About 115 reasons why.

TV broadcast highlights players on the ball more. If you see Haaland and his movements exclusively you will appreciate him more. He is the best player ever off the ball.

People who really love the sport know his true value. Halland and MC were a match made in heaven, they both complement each other. He deserved BDor, but popularity and politics, social networks and money were more important to the industry.

But guess they have to give it to him this year , they will win it again.

If politics and money actually mattered City would win everything every season.

City’s interests have deep pockets but are fairly new to the game, they lack the power and influence attained through the years from historical clubs.

Because while he’s an exceptional goalscorer, arguably one of the best we’ve ever seen, is he a great footballer? Does he offer anything else to a game other than scoring? Personally I think Nunez is a better player (NOT GOALSCORER) and think he’s great to watch.

Last year everyone certainly was. This year it seems to be more of a “yeah, of course he did that, he’s phenomenal.”

Because he’s a tap in merchant. He is not scoring screamers as the likes of Suarez, Rooney, Gerrard, Salah, Kane, Aguero, Son etc. Plus Haaland has only done it in 1 season in an already strong squad, so it’s not as impressive.

Cause the way goes about achieving the above mentioned feats is extremely unattractive or at the very least banal to most people.
