Alex worked on gab, then the fediverse which was forked for truth social. Crazy some typescript SPA got that much use. Also goes to show trump hires absolutely worthless people that can’t even make their own UI.
Anyways now he’s got the fediverse to nostr translation layer which ultimately will be able to be used to push exploding heads( or other Lemmy instances) events to nostr. Believe that.
OK, so ex heads could eventually totally migrate to nostr or simply be available on both?
Oh, actually that can already work. I have not tried it but it would work just like following EH in mastodon. Useful but not as good as a full blown community experience. I’m having a hard time getting coding time because I’m busy at work but I’ll eventually set something like this up.
