    If it can see the pancreas that would be a disruption. It is very difficult to ultrasound the entire pancreas which is why for many people it is too late when discovered .

      Someone at my work in their early 50s recently had a pain in the side. Went to the doctor and was told to take paracetamol because it was most likely just a muscle strain or something. Pain didn’t go away so they ran more tests - stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

      Went from nothing wrong with them to leaving work the next day and likely will be dead in the near future. Nice person. Looking forward to retiring in 10 years or so.

      Rich people will just get full-body MRIs every month. $24,000 to catch cancer early, it’s a no-brainer!
