Looking for some feedback. Dealer is saying need to replace tires on my 2021 x3 when lease ending. Is it normal? Will they waive this if I get another one through them?

Yep. Had to replace my tires on my 750 lease. They are expensive, spent over $1,500 on tires. Had to replace the fronts first at like 19k miles. They were pretty worn already. And the rears a few months ago.

On my 3rd well 4th BMW lease - all they will wave is disposition fee. Might Be able to prolong paying for the tires or maybe even annoy them for a slight discount but they won’t let it slide. I always recommend rim and tire insurance when you get the lease - comes in handy. Also before returning car see if you can find the same tires used (pay attention if they are run flat) and you can replace that way - as long as they are over 3/32 of an inch of tread they are good.

It’s been quite some time since I returned a leased car, but I did buy some used tires to replace worn out ones at lease end. I’d say that worked out pretty well.
