I have a question, my dad just replaced our old modem with a mesh system. One of the modem thingies is right next to my room, but I’m afraid i might break something if i connect an Ethernet cord to it, because the downstairs thingy is also using an Ethernet port. Would it break if I connected an Ethernet cord to it while the downstairs modem thingy is also using its Ethernet port? (I’m a teen by the way, so I have no clue what most of the stuff is called or how it really works)
