Should I replace this?
Yes.
You could clean it up and maybe have a month or two before it comes back but its just easier to get a new one and avoid the hassle
Is it still starting the car reliably? They don’t have to look pretty to do the job. But it would be worth cleaning up that corrosion as general maintenance.
i would replace the battery but what you could also do is pour hot water over it to get all that corrosion off and then use some BG battery pads before putting your connectors back on, which would help with future corrosion 🤌🏼
Usually this means the battery is leaking, but it does necessarily mean it’s bad. I’d get battery cleaner and protectant. Clean with hot water and cleaner then test the battery to see if she’s gone
you can use battery terminal spray or any type of grease to coat the terminal then clamp on after cleaning.
I cleaned off the corrosion and washed with hot water
Wear clothing you don’t mind losing-the acid can eat up fabric such as cotton really bad.
Clean with (battery cleaner spray, soda, or baking soda and a bit of water) and a used toothbrush all of the ‘oxidation’ in the metal battery top holder and battery top surface. Rinse Open the caps to your battery and wipe off any dirt from entering the orifices of the cell. Look down to the cells and see if you can see any cells exposed. If not add distilled water to the cell until the lead cell is once again submerged. Pop the caps securely in place. Rinse with water any overspray caused by brushing.
Before this next step make sure you are able to drive the car for about 15 minutes to reset the computer and put your radio stations back on.
Loosen and detach the negative first, clean the post and batt terminal. - don’t allow the negative to touch ground (wrap in insulating material a rag, or use a vinyl glove to sleeve the neg. terminal. and clean the post and batt terminal. contact points thoroughly.
Then loosen the positive side, , and clean the post and batt terminal contact points thoroughly.
se Battery post grease/protector and/or di electric grease to coat both terminals and posts contacts and outside metal surfaces to fight off oxidation.
Install the pos. terminal and tighten securely, then install the neg. terminal.
Drive the car for about 15 minutes for your computer to re-establish driving , idle.
You could remove corrosion and maybe get a month or so out of it
Hell yes

Yes or at the very least clean it, clean the terminals and add some sort of protectant. But leaking battery can lead to cable issues.
It’s fine close the hood. Ignorance is bliss
Serious? Nah it’s fine
Serious? Nah it’s fine
That kind of idiot thought process is what would lead to the terminals being corroded beyond repair.
Kindly shut the fuck up if you don’t know what you’re talking about.

Sarcasm? No? Okay then 🤣
This is what neglect looks like.
