Mine has finally reached the UK. According to Parcelforce tracking, it is in delivery depot. Prepared for delivery since 00:58

Anyone from the UK who was stuck on “General Logistics Systems” on Parcelforce yesterday, check today!

Mine is scheduled for delivery today. No email yet.

(UK) Mine left the GLS parcel centre and was on its way to the final parcel centre at 4pm on Wednesday. Was hoping it would arrive at my local Parcelforce depot overnight, like a lot of people, but still no further updates from either GLS or Parcelforce.

I guess my chances of getting it delivered for the weekend are slim to none. Does anyone know if they deliver on Saturdays?

Welp, update on my situation, finally support replied and i got this

"Hi there,

We understand your concern.

We’ve checked and confirmed your order is being processed at our warehouse.

You can track the status of your order and see real time update on your order status page.

You’ll get an automatic email with tracking information once the order ships."

Atleast i got some kind of confirmation that my order does exists and it is not lost while it is in packaged hell i guess. Still dissapointed and confused on why it is taking so long to get it shipped when i bought on Thursday (22min after release).

After ordering on 16th to Finland, mine was finally to be delivered today to a parcel locker in a store.

Obviously the machine was full and the parcel was rerouted hours ago, and has not arrived.

Sigh.

Guess I might just order a new one and get it delivered faster.

(EU) Both my Deck and my Dock moved to In Transit last night, finally picked up by GLS! Dock was bought 2 days after Deck, but moved to Packaged along it, maybe they’ll hopefully arrive together? I can’t wait!

Still in GLS purgatory as of 6:11am.

I’m pretty annoyed. A few things I’ve come to realise, GLS are absolute rubbish and the workers at the warehouse in NL are not processing orders in any kind of order. My order went through at 18:23 on the day of release and yet I’m seeing product in hand posts all over the place by people that ordered way after me. My 2TB SSD which came all the way from China has arrived quicker. How the hell can Valve still say the delivery time is 3-5 days? It’s a plain lie.

Man, I wasn’t so fussed, but reading this thread it seems they are dispatching randomly, rather than based on the order people made purchases.

That’s both strange and annoying.

I’m finally free of this shit show, just delivered now from Parcelforce, not even a sorry for not even attempting and even then had to bolt for the door as the guy was half way down the path about 2 seconds after knocking…

UK - GLS picked up Parcel at 15:40 on 21/11/23

Okay guys. As another comment has stated, I’ve seen a big jump when going through the ParcelForce Tracking.

GLS still stuck in ‘On the way to final depo’…but I checked the ParcelForce Tracking and it’s been updated significantly and now reads ‘in the delivery depot’.

Now it’s not a time as of yet, but Atleast the thing is in the damn country.

It’s got to the point where I don’t care about receiving the thing as much as I care about not having to constantly check Parcelforce and think about this.

This post makes no sense. Why the hell did you put the UK and EU in the same sentence? The UK voted their ass out of the EU. Of course as a country outside EU postage will take ages. Of course it will take customs inspections on both sides of the border. The EU to the EU has no problems or delays. The EU to the outside world is another story - doesn’t matter if it is the UK or Africa.
