There are 4 battlefronts on steam, the 2004 and 2005 battlefront 1 and 2 classics (from pandemic), Battlefront Ultimate Edition and Battlefront 2 (2017), both of these from DICE. I think all four work on the deck, but my real question is which is the best for campaign? Those first two pandemic ones seem the right choice. Big Star Wars fan and I’d love to play them.

I’d say after years and years of polish, the newest battlefront 2 is an amazing game in both multiplayer and campaign. The campaign isnt ofc the best but neither is it on any of the other ones.
I do really like Battlefront 2 (2017). Never played the old titles from the 6th generation
