If they’re green they’re stuck not dead dead pixels are black. Stuck pixels are normally green, blue, red, or yellow. You may have seen stuck pixels on your TV screen. You can google on solutions to get rid of a stuck pixel
I just checked mine and I have 3 dead green pixels. Almost in a perfect diagonal from the top left, middle, and bottom right of the screen.

Unfortunately you’re wrong. The OLED panels don’t have stuck pixels but rather they have dead subpixels.
