I went for a test drive today. I went in just wanting to test drive the cx-30. But ended up driving the cx 5 as well. I really liked the 5.

i only take my car to the train station and drive on weekends. The price difference between the 30 and 5 isn’t that large. I am concerned about the width difference. My current car is a 2006 corolla. The cx 30 is 4 inches wider. The 5 is 6 inches. Some of the parking spots are narrow. Am i over thinking this? I’m used to driving a sedan. So I don’t want to get something that will be too big for me.

I suggested to my friend to get a Mazda as her first car. She looked at them and loved the CX-30. We went to test drive it, she loved it. She test drove a CX-5 and was blown away. She said the visibility was far better and even though it was bigger, she felt she just knew the proportions of the car better.
