Looking at fans’ comment everyone would think we are a midtable or fighting relegation team

TOP OF THE PREMIER LEAGUE It always feels good, and it feels right. There was a brief period of gloom about a month ago when Spurs were challenging for the title. 😂 It’s great to have everything right again.

Havertz with a last minute winner to send us top and an assist against City, hopefully we start seeing the loud minority start to back him

I know we are all talking about our attack now clicking but I’m telling you, I don’t recall an Arsenal team as defensively strong as we see these times.

Even though I know finding a goal may not be the easiest, I am super confident that we won’t give away chances.

Saliba - Gabriel - Rice trio is a trio like no other.

Just gonna say that I’m pleased and happy with the current Weekend result rn. Lemme see here:

    1. City drew against Liverpool
    2. Arsenal win against Brentford which puts them top of the table with Havertz scoring the winning goal
    3. Luton win against Palace
    4. Chelsea got massacred by Newcastle even though i’m not a big fan of the latter either

So yeah… What a fucking weekend! Feel bad on Ramsdale though but yeah… I just can’t help but this Weekend is just noice. Hopefully this Brentford game would be Havertz’s turning point to an extent

Something extremely special is brewing in this group of players. To be this competitive and hard-nosed at this young age is extraordinary. Whatever happens this season we are in excellent shape going forward.

Tickles me a little bit that we spent 70 minutes watching cross and inshallah to 5ft 9 Gabriel Jesus and then decided to throw on the 6ft 4 forward and score quickly.

What’s with the taking so much time to take corners? It’s a tactic that doesn’t seem to be working that well mate, apart from the one time where we scored as a result.

Unai win at 14:00 today to take spurs 5th after their best ever start would be delicious. Would be one of the funniest things I’d ever seen after they spent three months saying the guy was the best they’d ever seen

Just went through the match thread on r/soccer and people are sleeping on big Gabbi. Rice is great and Saliba is smooth but Big Gabi is Him. That 2v1 after Saliba lost the duel and he just calmly steps out and get’s it off Mbuemo was pure sex.

We’re playing ugly football right now but it’s incredibly effective. Other teams are underestimating us because we’re not blowing teams away like last year. But I think we’re even harder to beat this year.

We shut teams down extremely well evidenced by the fact that we have the best defensive record in the league. Yesterday we sucked once we got to the box but besides some individual errors from Ramsdale, we didn’t give them a look in.

And we keep doing that to teams. When we slip it’s due to individual errors (Spurs, Fulham, Chelsea).

If we can start to find fluidity in the final third we’ll be lethal.

Hilarious how the majority Chelsea fans did not want to sign Ake or Gordon when they were bidding for them last year. Those two would have been some of their best players now.

That Kai Havertz celebration yesterday man… that shit hit like crack. Nothing beats last minute winners

And on the point of last minute winners, I know people keep mentioning how unsustainable it is but I really don’t look at it like that. With 20 minutes to go I always think “there is still 20 minutes of football to play and all it takes is one play” and we have shown that consistently. We are patient, we draw them out of position, we wait for an opening and are willing to wait until the final minutes for it… and when it comes, you best believe we take it. The sign of champions.
