      ESR has no future here where as Palmer could have been at least a part player at City. He is also two years younger i think.

      Palmer would’ve had a decent ish role for City this season whereas ESR is pretty publicly 3rd choice at best for every role he plays

      How much time has Palmer spent with injury issues?

      Also it’s generally bad logic to use what Chelsea pay as a barometer unless they are bidding.

      Well yes it is, because of his injury history. If he can stay fit it’s a different story perhaps, but since he seemingly can’t no-one is paying that.

      Think about it from the other side, if you just saw Palmer go for 40m, why would you pay as much for ESR who’s older, always injured and has barely played in 2 years? Palmer is not the right comparison for your point.

        So most of the tickets for the men’s game are only available for members right? Just had a look now, it said tickets aren’t available to me but I don’t even have red membership so I’m assuming that’s why. Do tickets ever become available to paupers like me? Lol

          I’m 99% sure that all the tickets through the website need membership. If you’re looking to get tickets it’s definitely worth the £35 hit but obviously it’s still a matter of luck/persistence getting anything in the ballot/through the ticket exchange.

    IN: Osimhen, Luiz, Boey ~ £120m + £80m + £30m = £230m

    Out: Ramsdale, ESR, Nketiah, Partey, Tierney ~ £30m + £30m + £20m + £20m + 10m = £110m

    I’m so made up with Saturday, I think anyone complaining about our performance or the manner of the win need to look at themselves.

    For a long time we were Banter FC because we were full of overpaid, weak players who’d give up time and time again.

    This team is far from it, they just don’t stop trying and trying - Brentford are a good team, played well and put 9 men behind the ball practically the whole game.

    And we found a way to win through stubbornly just keeping going at them, never giving up.

    I’m proud of my team ♥️

    OK if we can’t sell Win we should at least sell Bob: barely getting any playing time or attention since Win arrived anyway.

    He’s getting on in years, and I don’t know how much we can expect in this market, but every little helps.
