Hello,

I just went to oilchangers, yes that’s the actual name of the establishment

They forgot to tell me that I need my car off during the oil change… I drive a 2020 Prius.

They said it was fine as long as it wasn’t spitting oil back out and the car is a hybrid system.

Am I being lied to? This is my first time getting one on my own

    You don’t need wait for them to tell you to turn the car off during an oil change, it should be common sense

      Youre not wrong but any time Ive been to a pull through oil change they have asked me at specific times to turn the engine on and off.

        In my experience, the standard procedure is to tell you to turn it off and put your keys on the dashboard.

      I am a manager somewhere similar to oil changers, please stop turning your car off whenever you feel like it. Also please stop turning your car on whenever you feel like it.🤦🏼‍♂️
