No dead pixels, no sub pixel weird colorations, just a totally fine normal Steam Deck with a fun color way. If you’re an owner of the LE waiting for it to arrive, freaking out about it because you’re seeing all the issues here, fear not there is a good chance your Deck is going to be fine.

Inferior Chinese company that steals patents from Samsung and isn’t used by Apple because of their lack of QC and display standards.

I played and beat ori and the blind forest for the first time on the LE deck…then I loaded up ori and the will of the wisp…holy shit man, the screen really blew me away.

Just unpacked mine, updated, installed games, played with CSS Loader, ran a few games…then ponied up and did a pixel test.

NO dead pixels, stuck buttons, creaks, etc.

Relieved and remember all…it’s not every LE that’s not working!

Wish I could say the same. Mine came with a dead pixel, and muddy left joycon. Shouldn’t happen on such an expensive device

A lot of the negativity gets highlighted because most people that have a perfect device don’t post about it. I’m glad yours is perfect too! I also dodged that bullet and my LE is pure perfection

          Well, it takes:

2 days for RMA Approval and Label

10 days via UPS to travel to them

          3 days for Processing

6 days for shipping of replacement unit

That would be 21-Days, keep in mind that you should not count Sundays as it doesn’t seem like the Steam Deck moved on Sunday at all (when first being shipped to me nor when being returned for replacement). Idk if their warehouse is open on Saturdays or Sundays, which might affect delivery, shipping, and processing.

Rma went in on Saturday, got a reply Sunday, package went out on Monday, is scheduled for delivery at steam tomorrow. Not sure how long the RMA processing will take, so we’ll see but 3 weeks seems fairly exaggerated. Granted I’m in the US, so international I could maybe see 3 weeks, but I would still expect between 2-3 weeks then.
