Honda to BMW (Maybe)

Hey all! I am looking for a used BMW but not sure which years/models I should be looking at for the most reliability. I did have a BMW 7 series before and it was great! I got it at 120k miles and it eventually died around 300k miles. Barely did anything for it besides a few new belts and oil changes, a minor 200 electrical issue and that’s it. I am looking for used bmw 3,4,5 series between 2015 to now with less than 50k miles used.

What models/years should I be looking at for maximum reliability?
