I don’t think that has much weight unless you’re going to argue Dolphin is primarily about running Wii homebrew where the encryption/protection isn’t an issue. When you go to the dolphin site and all there’s screenshots and a huge compatibility database of GC/Wii games, that would seem like a thin veil.
