That all looks pretty sensible to me. I carry a pretty similar pile of junk with me everywhere I go, and inevitably wind up using it to unbork other peoples’ bikes while my KLR continues to chug along with no problems.
If the seal has been punctured, I will advise you to check that tube of patch adhesive every so often. I went to fish mine out to slather up a plug for a car tire, since I’ll be damned if I know where my other tube of the stuff was but I knew for sure there was one in the toolkit on my KLR. Turns out some time between last spring and now, the half-a-tube I had left just straight up evaporated. There was nothing in there but some funky dust that puffed out when I squeezed it, like in a cartoon.
