Residents fear their postal service could get worse, as opening hours are slashed at Royal Mail customer service points across Kent.

    That’s because they automatically send the package out the following day. If you’re still out, you can arrange redelivery on a suitable day, arrange for redelivery to an alternative address or go pick it up when they’re open. It’s probably better overall than things were.
