Is there a Firefox plugin that redirects Mastodon links from other instances to your own instance automatically, so that you can boost and reply without entering your domain?
@[email protected] @[email protected] I want someone to have a fedi:// URI that is precisely the same as https in “form” (minus ports, usernames, etc) that can be an “alt” for the page, thus allowing us to have browsers go “Open this with your fediverse client?” just like it does with emails or RSS feeds.
@[email protected] @[email protected] I am a happy user of #Phanpy, IMHO the most usable Mastodon client, running entirely in your browser.
On all posts, it allows you to switch to the instance’s view (and back).

There are multiple browser only Mastodon clients. I use https://elk.zone
@[email protected] Cool! Thank you!
@[email protected] @[email protected] OMG I was just wishing for something like this!!!
@[email protected] Thanks!
@[email protected] I think fediact does that.
@[email protected] hmmm, Looks like it might need some developer love https://github.com/lartsch/FediAct
@[email protected] Thanks!

I use Graze forastodon. It worked both in Chromium and Firefox. Once I log into the plugin, whenever I open any toot in a tab, I can like, boost or comment@[email protected] we need @[email protected] ’s idea of a fedi URI scheme to take off https://github.com/timbray/fedi-uri
@[email protected] @[email protected] Thank you!
I have not seen it. I do not like jumping thru the hoop.
I try to follow them first.
