Only a small region of the screen works, Siri disabled, tried plugging in a SIM, tried bypassing passcode in DFU, tried plugging in keyboard and mouse but requires unlock
Any help would be appreciated :)

Sounds like the only reasonable thing to do at that point is to replace the display.
