Why do the first 4 go straight to 10 second penalties?
Was explained in a other FIA doc. Something like 4 violations gets 5s, 5 gets 10s, then you start over or something like that. Ocon with an impressive high score.
They had already gotten 5 second penalties that had been served or applied.
Not fines, just time penalty
