I got anxiety disorder and only thing that can make me feel happy is exercise, idk really how to deal with it any other way.

Get yourself a pull up bar for your door. Whenever you don’t feel good just go and do 10 pull ups.
Exercise is a really good way to deal with it you’re doing great remember to meditate and take deep breaths
