Fair, and that’s a concern, we still have to weigh it against the alternative.
But personally I’m in favor of salting the ocean with iron to encourage diatomaceous growth, if we could get it right we can settle co2 to the ocean floor and the only consequence would be fish have more food to reproduce.
The sun shade plan is a last-gasp backup if all else fails :/
