Is that why there are artifacts all over the red car?
I thought that was a sprinkler
It absolutely was the sprinkler lol
I believe that is from the sprinkler that was going off when I took the picture. He is correct that I did use the HDR tool on my phone though. I didn’t realize this community was only for professional photographers…
It’s not, they’re just ribbing you.
You can use high dynamic range functions to get a lot of great detail and depth in your photos. But “too much” can have the inverse effect. Ex: look at the bright spot of grass on the right just below the parking lot. See how it kind of looks like a jus a mass of green texture? That’s the HDR tool failing to properly render the scene you’re trying to capture.
The HDR tools on a phone camera can definitely aid in some situations. But when you flick the slider all the way in one direction and post a random snapshot of a utility pole, I would expect some amount of constructive criticism in the form of jokes.
Looks like some free plugs there if you need to charge your car.
I’ve often wondered if anyone besides the utility workers have tried to use those plugs for anything lol! Thus far I’ve never seen anyone try to charge anything from them yet
Not huge the plugs but even seems to have its own meter. And looks exactly like the one that’s our side my house. So makes me wonder how for a power meter and up getting mounted on a utility pole along with outdoor electric sockets as well.
Maybe they split the Bill accept all the homeless that live in the area? Or the sockets are for the homeless and the meter is for the city to know how much was consumed at that intersection?
Usually they put meters on poles when a nearby business requests lights on a pole. Maybe they also requested a outlet so they could clean the sidewalk with corded tools as well?

Are those utility boxes for the cross-walk signs or the adjacent businesses?
I’m not entirely sure. There are stoplights connected to this pole though, so they may have something to do with that.
How many uses does your rod have?
Theres a meter on both sides. Odd
And installed a sign behind the pole as well. /s This is intelligent design
Nah, it’s about par for the course in South Carolina lol
Looks like Michigan. Can’t tell you why.
Great lakes area for sure. Got Ontario vibes for me.
This is in South Carolina
I missed it by a mile. Or thousand.
