The owners allege Tesla committed fraud, violated warranties and conducted unfair competition. If the lawsuit gets class action status, it would cover all people in California who bought a Tesla Model 3, Model S, Model X or Model Y. The plaintiffs are hoping for unspecified damages. It got up to a 110 Degrees here yesterday and I did notice my Tesla battery seemed to drain faster. I’m personally ok with it. Because I did lots of research and people new about it already. That the performance varies with the weather and speed. It can also exceed the advertisement in optimal settings.
Because I charge at night it’s just not a big deal. I’ve never had to stop at a quick charger in my local city. I’ve gone camping and charged it on the camping site electricity.
