Original Title: Is it safe to download videos from a site I trust into an empty usb stick that isn’t encrypted plugged into my laptop in another port while using my tails usb in another port? I get issues when downloading stuff on my tails usb other than tails and tails updates

By the way where do tails update get downloaded to? The tails usb or the physical laptop?
