If I were to send a large request to a list of hidden services and I owned a bunch of guard nodes could I, through analysing the response of the server, find the hs that is connected to my guard node?

Also, could I ddos my connected user as a guard and deanonymise them by checking a list of websites to check if they are up or not?

Can a guard node know if it is being used by a HS or not?
