Hi everyone,

how can you remove an iPhone from the Microsoft Company Portal when the user has not the right to remove devices on his own two years before?

We changed the rule last year that everyone can delete their new enrolled devices. But the old one was enrolled at a time where it’s not allowed.

The Device was stolen and it is not in the Global device list of the administrator anymore but still in his personal Company Portal where he wants to clean it…
