Hey all,

This has come up a few times before I’m sure, but after tinkering with this for a week or so I’m not sure if I’m going about this the right way.

We’ve just removed all of the old store for business apps, and want to push out company portal in the System context now, wheras the old store for business deployment was a user one.

I’ve got two apps in Intune - one for the User context, set to uninstall for a group ‘New company portal’.

One for the system context, with the Install set to the same group - New company portal.

This group has devices in it, but not users.

The user install is detecting 6/6 successful 'not installed’s.

The system install is detecting 6/6 successful 'installed’s. However - NONE of the users logged in have company portal installed anymore.

However, if a FRESH user logs into the same machine after the system install has been done, then they DO have company portal available.

Am I missing something here? Should I be assigning the install to the users instead of devices?

Perhaps I need to somehow ‘refresh’ the app on these machines for certain users?
