Please I need advice for my specific situation. I have been following this sub for a while but I just need tailored advice, please don’t tell me to just read other posts as I’ve done it but it seems people always do different things for their specific scenarios. I need reassurance of what action plan to take as I’ve never attempted to take on 2 full time jobs.

I am employed full time with a tech industry job that pays quite well, is fully remote, and has light hours. I’ve also been employed in a part time J2 20 hrs/week job at a local school doing a remote job, also light hours. I’ve had J2 for many years since I started it while in school, and it just continued after graduation (except for a 6 month break where I had to quit temporarily). I’m now trying to apply for J3 positions and I had the following questions:

1- Should I put J1 and J2 on resume, only one of them, or none? why?

2- While interviewing for J3, should I say I’m planning to quit J1 and come up with BS reasons I want to find a new position?

3- Should I do anything besides freezing The Work Number? I’ve had issues accessing my account but I’m working on this

4- Are there any pros/cons of having J3 as a contractor position? any pros/cons for having part time vs full time J3?

Thank you for your responses!
