Hi All,

I’m struggling to find a solution, in reality I’m guessing that it’s not going to be possible.

I would like to be able to setup a link to our service desk, this could be on the desktop, the dock or in the applications tray. All of the above is also acceptable,

Does anybody have any advice around achieving this,

Bash scripts are an option. I’m looking for the simplest solution, but would like to know how others have achieved this.
