Any idea what the best method for deploying a custom PLIST for Global Protect using Jamf Pro?

I know that I can create a PLIST and deploy it a Configuration Profile however that ends up in the /Library/Managed Preferences folder. Global Protect doesnt have access to this folder, only ~/Library/Preferences or /Library/Preferences.
