The ALL tab may be sparsely populated for a bit. I’m in the process of having subscriber_bot unsubscribe from communities, then purging the communities that aren’t subscribed to. Once that’s all done, subscriber_bot will resubscribe to communities that match the criteria.

This is probably slower than just burning the whole thing to the ground and restarting, but I wanted to see how viable it was.
