A story about an illegally copied Porygon and how a profit-driven corporation would respond to such a thing being done to its source of revenue. It’s pretty short (about 6000 words) and deals with such themes as the commodification of life, the political nature of who is and isn’t considered “illegal,” and how capitalist interests drive government policy.
Hopefully this story is socialist enough for the comm. It doesn’t broadcast its ideology with a megaphone, but the story and its events are driven by an opposition to capitalist commodification and a materialist understanding of how corporations act in the interest of profit.
btw this totally fits! It doesn’t need to be fics that literally have main characters overthrow the state, just needs to adhere with values and messaging that align with socialism ya know? Like, try not to have some libshit in your fic that’s “all violence is bad and abhorrent!!!”
Oh…well my characters overthrow the state… :/
Well obviously that’s awesome lol
This is good! Hope to see more from you in the future.
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it.
Wow this is good, I definitely need to work on my story now 😭
Thanks!
