I’m going to have to try these next, 'cos the shoestring varieties are just not working out in the air-fryer. Floppy to dry twigs before you even notice. I miss the old fashioned chips from my UK childhood, but the hand-cut ones from Burger Lab in Parkdale are 9/10 for nostalgia value.

The shoestring get cold very quickly too for me (airfryer or oil).
Yeah the shoestring are shit. You gotta get the straight cut ones.
