It freaks me out every time I see it on my rig with the damn bloated ass drivers now.

I’m supposed to be clean. But it feels like computer herpes.

In reality 2/3 or more of the world population has it, but nobody wants to admit or believe they do despite science saying differently lol.

I don’t sadly, my work software only supports Win/OSX. I recently had a BIOS update failure (thanks ASUS) and had to use a live Linux distro to recover my system data though!

Have you had more than 1 partner? Has your 1 partner had more than 1 partner? Congrats. You got the herp.

Did you grow up in a household where your parents kissed you? Congrats, you got the herp.

Do you hate cost efficient frugal computer parts and have only ever had 1 sex partner that also was a virgin from households where they didn’t kiss their children? Congrats, you might not actually have the herp.

        https://www.cdc.gov/herpes/about/index.html

An estimated 3.7 billion people under age 50 (67%) globally have herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) infection, the main cause of oral herpes. An estimated 491 million people aged 15–49 (13%) worldwide have herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2) infection, the main cause of genital herpes. Most HSV infections are asymptomatic or unrecognized, but symptoms of herpes include painful blisters or ulcers that can recur over time. Infection with HSV-2 increases the risk of acquiring and transmitting HIV infection.

Are you sure you’re thinking of herpes or are you maybe thinking of HPV? Iirc most sexually active people have HPV since so many people are asymptomatic (however the vaccine is I think the only vaccine that boasts 100% prevention, I may not be wording that properly though)
