minus-squareAtramentous@lemm.eelinkfedilinkarrow-up9·1 year agoJust started Tress of the Emerald Sea by Brandon Sanderson. Excited to work my way through his kickstarter books.
minus-squarevoodoocode@feddit.delinkfedilinkarrow-up3·1 year agoI enjoyed it very much. Directly dove into Yumi and the Nightmare Painter next, which is also great so far. They both feel very similar.
minus-squareTheloniusFuegoRhymes@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up3·1 year agoTress is phenomenal! It’s got a lot more whimsy than most of Sandersons books, but still has some great cosmere tie ins
minus-squareMom Nom Mom@nom.momlinkfedilinkarrow-up3·1 year agoMy husband just turned me onto Sanderson recently (I’m listening to them rather than reading reading). I’m reading The Mistborn Saga, book 2, The Well of Ascension, but I really enjoy his style and will be continuing after the first trilogy! Listening counts, right?
