So the chances that you’ve eaten human meat before is fairly low, but never zero.
What I’m getting out of this is that we should eat human meat so at least we’ll have certainty.

I’ve seen that “educational film”. It involves a person holding a box with a hole in it but you don’t know what’s inside until it’s opened. One possibility is also a synonym for cat.
If you eat out, at all, you either have to accept or not think about the fact that over time you will have absolutely consumed human shit, piss, saliva, snot, jizz etc. All of them have been in your burger/taco/soup/pizza/tapas plate, etc at some points or others.
Some through petty malevolence (usually earned through past customer cruelty breaking a human being stuck in our underclass), or just negligence.
Unless you prepare everything you eat or drink yourself, that’s just the price you pay for convenience.
Fun fact: Amputations used to be done by butchers and barbers because it was considered beneath a physician’s skill.
With the continued industrialization, today this responsibility is carried out by machinery at meat packing plants.
